Positive: It was very modern with plenty of space to relax. Lovely location and nice to be able to walk into wroxham

Negative: Property was spot on just the car park was a bit muddy but it wasn’t a problem

Summary: Lovely weekend away would definitely like to return one day.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped , everything you need was there. Nice touch to leave milk coffee tea. Very good location and very comfortable beds. Nice linen and plenty of pillows. Very large TV and comfortable sofas.

Negative: View from the house was poor just looking out to a wall and unfortunately the side view was blocked by neighbours privacy fencing.

Summary: Lovely weekend , very peaceful and comfortable stay . Good communication with host and allowed an early check in.

Positive: Lovely cosy house in a perfect location for Wroxham and the broads. Had lovely meals in the hotel wroxham and the kings head. Lovely staff in both places

Positive: clean modern well furnished nice log burner good location good walk in shower

Negative: mattress in the main bedroom too hard for both of us no bodies fault but the car park was flooded and iced up overnight this made it dangerous getting to the car and even leaving the property as it flooded outside the front path. We didn't bring Wellington boots so we both got wet feet getting to the car.

Positive: Location was perfect, right on the water but also a very short walk to the centre of Wroxham. It was clean, spacious and a real home from home. The area was lovely and quiet too, and less than a 10 minute drive to BeWilderwood!

Negative: Nothing! Would stay there again 100%
