Located adjacent to Miranda Homestead is Nina's cottage, a cute little 1 bedroom cottage sharing approximately 2.5 acres. Sleeps 4.
Here you can take in the breathtaking views of The Corner Inlet bay from the balcony or bedroom and explore the gardens. animals and orchard fruit trees on the property.
As we have chickens and goats on the property so unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Only 10 minutes to boat ramp and long jetty in Port Welshpool, Agnes Falls and within 30 minutes of Wilson's Prom, this is the perfect base to relax, hike, fish, play golf and enjoy all South Gippsland has to offer!
Pls note there is no oven or stove. There is an electric frypan and bbq for use to cook.
At times the acerage may be shared with holidaymakers at Miranda Homestead. There are separate fenced areas to each property and then shared spaces around the property such as the orchard.
Our 5 friendly goats live underneath the cottage. So pls be aware at times they can be noisy as they play. Our chooks will be more than happy to lay fresh eggs for you.
Pls byo firewood if you choose to use the coonarra.

Summary: The cottage had everything we needed and was not too far from Wilson Prom, which was convenient. The place was tidy and the goats, chicken and cat were such a delight. The goats underneath the cottage make some noise but not too bad at night and we could sleep just fine. The TV mostly didnt have connection to many channels and the Telstra TV doesn't work. Because we were mostly out, it was fine having no access to TV and streaming platforms. The internet had great connection though. Overall, the place is convenient, tiny and just what you need.

Summary: This is a cute little cottage with scenic views and rural charm. From there we were able to visit many beautiful locations in the three days we stayed. The cottage is comfortable, and we got fresh eggs from the hens on the property every day! The only downside was the six goats, which are stabled directly under the bedroom, made constant noise at night, keeping my partner awake on two of the three nights. That aside, we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This was a nice stay at a cozy cottage surrounded by natural beauty. The presence of goats, chooks and cattle just added to the ambience and they were very well behaved and curious at the same time. The day was hot so it was very thoughtful of the owners/property manager to keep the air con running to ensure that we walked into a cool and fragrant house. The place was neat, clean and had all the essentials as mentioned on the listing. We also appropriate Priscilla's quick response to our queries around sleeping arrangements. All in all it was a nice and pleasant stay.
