Perfectly situation less than 8 minutes from Downtown Muskegon, 15 minutes from several nearby beaches, easy highway access to local grocery and shopping, and close to several attractions, such as Michigan’s Adventure, Hoffmaster State Park, and Heritage Landing. It’s also only 20 minutes to Grand Haven, 40 minutes to Grand Rapids - this is a great hub for day trips!
The property has been recently renovated and updated with many new features including new, fully-equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, appliances, newly remodeled bathrooms including a clawfoot tub, and new flooring throughout. The main floor is also accessible with a main floor suite including walk in shower and a ramp leading to the front door for anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: Jill is a fantastic host. She's responsive, thoughtful, and provides a very clean & beautiful home. Nice neighborhood, though the traffic is a little heavy at times. My spouse, two kids, one dog and I would absolutely stay here again if we re-visit the area.

Summary: The house is nicely remodeled throughout and has a large kitchen with new appliances. We stayed 21 days during July and the location was conveniently located to downtown and the beach.

Summary: We stayed here for a week while we were in Muskegon for a hockey camp. The house was just as pictured. Very clean, extra blankets and towels, coffee, snack basket on arrival. The host Jill, was amazing and so responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location, 15 minutes from Grand Haven and 45 minutes from Grand Rapids. The one thing I would mention is that the house has only one actual shower. The upstairs bathroom has a tub with a shower attachment. This actually worked out great for us and wasn’t an issue at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I was looking for a place for a quick getaway and place to stay while visiting Muskegon for my husband’s birthday. Cottage on Marquette was perfect for our family (husband, 2 year old, MIL, & dogs). Great location for our trip (Michigan Adventure & Lewis Farms). Safe, clean, and as pictured. Jill is a great, and accommodating host!
