Summary: We loved this spacious and comfortable gite which has lots of character and felt genuinely like stepping into someone's lovely French home. It's got a large lovely garden, including chickens, as well as interesting planting, in a peaceful location. The house is unique and an excellent mix of old and new. It was our first visit to Brittany and we really enjoyed exploring the local area, including beaches, touristy towns, as well as quieter, more ordinary locations, plus Carnac. I took many photos of this gite, not only of the outside but also of the interior, to remember it and to use some of the ideas as inspiration in our own home.
