Summary: We had a wonderful stay. We were on the deck the majority of the time. We lost power one of the nights for a few hours and your wonderful neighbor came and checked on us. With all of us being in our 60’s, it was challenging to get down to the water, but a beautiful lake. The beds could use new mattress’s and the couches could be replaced but outside of that it really is a nice and cozy place with beautiful view’s. Thank-you for sharing it with us !

Summary: This was our second stay and it was wonderful as always. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The views from the upper and lower decks are amazing. The water was warm and crystal clear. We had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming off the diving dock. The cottage is only about 20 minutes to Silver Lake sand dunes, Little Sable Point, and Pentwater. Lots to do! Thanks again and we hope to be back next year!

Summary: Our family enjoyed staying on Crystal Lake for a week in July. The sandy entry, swimming raft and dock were nice ways to be on the lake, not to mention the kayak. The deck overlooking the lake has a picnic table and a good grill; the outdoor folding chairs provided were that comfortable though. Inside the cottage is cozy and clean. All four of us were able to read using the overheard cam lights. Better lighting for reading would have been nice. We were able to cook dinners for four well enough, though more serving pieces would have helped. The location is so wonderful! We had a full week of trips to Lake Michigan, blueberry picking, dune riding, kayaking and hiking at Ludington Park. Hansen grocery in Hart has great variety and is only 7 minutes away. Communication with Ardith was great and we felt welcomed. A fun and memorable vacation.
