Summary: The location is special, the view is amazing: the sea and the bay on one side, the rocks on the other. The property manager is great and accommodating. The property is in good condition even if the gardener could do a better job. The kitchen counter and the fixture need a touch up.

Summary: We absolutely loved our villa in La Serra. It is a beautiful group of villas in a really unique spot located just above Porto Rafael. The position of the villa gives it very unique views and breeze at all times of the day, which make it enjoyable to sit, work, eat, relax outside even at the hottest times. The only drawbacks are that you really need a car to drive to any shops or restaurants and the community pool is really dingy and in need of repair. There really needs to be an investment in some furniture - there is currently nothing. Porto Rafael is one of our FAVORITE spots in Sardinia but the parking is a bit difficult. Otherwise, the villa is super clean, very well appointed and the the property manager and daily cleaner are always available and very willing to help with anything. Our family is already looking forward to returning!!
