3 Bedroom Cottage in Clear Lake

Newly remodeled 3bd/2bth, just a few blocks from the lake, 9 minute walk to the beach and downtown. Entire lower half of duplex with private entrance to master bedroom. Outdoor space with wood burning firepit, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Bedroom 1 & 2 each have a queen bed. Optional bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed that will be set up upon request.

Summary: The house was perfect - place( easy to get around and find things in area - it was clean and well stocked to accommodate our needs-host responded very promptly when we called and said thermostat needed batteries.

Summary: We love to be outside! We ate our meals in one outside area (and used the grill) and had evening fires in the other outside area. The inside was just as perfect. Great kitchen with everything we needed to make meals, nice to have two bathrooms as we had 6 adults for a couple of days and comfortable beds. Waking distance to downtown, the lake and swimming area. We loved everything about this place. Highly recommend!

Summary: We loved our cottage! It had everything we needed plus was close to the beach. Six-year-old grandson had a ball, especially when we made s’mores at the fire pit. We would love to stay again.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable and nice touches to make it comfortable. Bedrooms are spaced apart which is nice for privacy and convenient when each guest may have different sleeping hours. Two outside patio areas and a few blocks to the lake
