Summary: It was wonderful in every way except for the mosquitoes. Thousands of them. Maybe they should spray. We loved the cottage. Could not cook out either.

Summary: The location of this house is stunning. 10/10. Very close to a spectacular beach. The house was super clean and we very much appreciated the stocked pantry (coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar etc), laundry, netflix and even popsicles in the freezer! The kids had a blast. For the adults, a few suggestions to make the stay easier would be: some clothing hooks, hangers, laundry line for beach towels, and maybe some dimmers or lighting options in the main area to help chill out in the evening. Mattresses might need replacing soon. Regardless we would definitely come back to this spot!

Summary: The view is lovely and the nearby beach spectacular but the number of mosquitoes was overwhelming! We were bitten so many times and had to run from car to door which made it impossible to enjoy the outside deck or to BBQ. Walking to the beach was impossible with the number of bugs, at all times of the day. We had issues with the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night due to low battery and that was not resolved during our stay. The AC unit in the bedroom was loud and did not cool the entire house. Plus the mosquitoes came in thru the AC unit.The house needs some end tables, a mini-split system to cool instead of the window AC, and some more cutlery.

Summary: Place was exactly as stated and very clean. Only comment would be the front and back steps were very hard for older ladies to carry luggage etc in.

Summary: Exceptional cottage with outstanding views. The cottage itself is a cut above- new, spotless and fully equipped. It’s on a small bay, overlooking a beautiful sandy beach. Great for birdwatching. Easy access to Lunenburg and Bridgewater. We were sad to check out!
