Negative: Dishwasher small for the size of the house but we ate out a lot so not an issue for us. The heating was on when we arrived so rooms very warm. Think we concluded that heaters came on with water!

Positive: Property is situated only a short 5-10 minute walk onto the Main Street in Broadway, which has many pubs, restaurants & shops to explore. Property was clean, immaculately presented & feels very homely. Perfect size for an extended family getaway. Beautiful outdoor space, with bar kitchen, log burner & BBQ. In the house kitchen there were lots of kitchen utensils & equipment which makes cooking in the property very easy. The Ninja airfryer was an amazing added extra. Bathrooms were clean & towels were soft & fluffy. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows & throws. Plenty of private parking on the driveway. The property is on a main road so off road parking was helpful. Cotsall House was warm & comfortable for the various ages in our group. There were some boardgames provided which were a nice touch. We had a fabulous stay.

Summary: We all had a wonderful stay at Cotsall House.

Positive: We loved the location and the house itself was terrific. Great playground nearby!

Negative: The floorboards were very creaky and this was a disadvantage with regard to our 3 x 3 year old grandchildren! We had an issue with the cooker but within the hour a member of the management team came to look at the issue and provide an air fryer to ease the situation!

Positive: Good space in kitchen and kitchentable for 10 persons, delicate design furniture in living rooms- sleepingrooms and bathrooms, delicate spacy bedrooms, good space in garden, nice fireplace and grill, and enough sittingplace for 10 person by the grill and in the garden outside kitchen. Short distance to town centre ands shops. Short distance to walking trails in beautiful landscape. Parking place for two cars. Apreciate bedlinen and enough towels. Variety of resturants, cafes, sportstore and bookstore. A beautiful kept old village.

Negative: Coffemachine out of function. Outside Window-cleaning in one bath and two bedrooms.

Positive: lovely out door garden and facilities. Large kitchen good size bedrooms very good location. Parking for at least 3 vehicles

Negative: stairs a bit steep and narrow (appreciate you cant change this). There was evidence of some previous users party under settee’s cushions so cleaning could be better. There was an outside kitchen barbecue area but no gas.

Summary: great stay for extended family in a wonderful location with a large well appointed house
