Positive: We stayed in Busan at the Cotice the Bridge hotel for three nights and it was the best stay of our whole vacation! The location is close to the largest fish market in Korea, local street market, BIFF square, Busan tower, and a short bus ride from Gamcheon Culture Village. Also close to local buses and subway station, which makes traveling around is easy. The breakfast was amazing and included lots of choices from local and western dishes. Our room was very nice, clean, and smelled amazing. Also, if you get get the ocean view, it is totally worth it! Each room in this hotel includes a water purifier machine which has hot, cold, or room temperature options. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and happy to help with any questions! I highly recommend this hotel!

Positive: Everything was excellent- grwat choice for Korean breakfast and some possibilitues for regular continental European brekfast and excellent position/ location for both love walkers and city transportation.

Positive: The room was clean, spacious and very inexpensive. My room was on a high floor with an incredible view of the sea. Relatively close to BIFF Square, Busan Tower, and other tourist spots. Very near public transit if that's important to you. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by.

Negative: Service: Interactions with the staff were frustrating and disappointing. The staff’s low English proficiency led to frequent misunderstandings, even with translator apps. When I asked for a recommendation for a private driver via an email/messaging app, they advised against booking a car due to cost, rather than providing any recommendations. Since I wanted a car service recommendation, not an assessment of affordability, I asked again politely but by the time they responded—seven hours later—I had already booked a car service online. I'd expect a better experience on this front if you speak Korean. Room: The room lacked comfortable seating, offering only an awkward bench. The room setup included a cooktop and washer/dryer, but these amenities are only available to long-term guests, which is misleading. When I asked about using the washer, the quoted price exceeded my entire stay. I suggest the hotel refrain from placing short-term guests in rooms with inaccessible facilities, as this leads to a poor experience. Or focus on marketing the hotel for long terms stays. Amenities: They don't provide basic amenities like toothpaste, claiming it’s due to being eco-friendly and government regulations. However, I stayed at another hotel in the area just prior to this one, and these basic amenities were provided. Access: The entrance is not accessible by car, requiring guests to be dropped off at the nearest main street. This means navigating a bumpy, uneven road to reach the hotel, which is a hassle with luggage. Security: The hotel shares a building with another hotel and other businesses, and despite having security, anyone can walk in and out freely. This means anyone can access your hotel floor, making it feel unsafe. Location: While I find Busan to be a clean city, this area (near the fish market) is probably the dirtiest in Busan, with trash everywhere and fish market aromas.

Positive: Clean and big room on the high floor of the building near famous fish market and on the shopping and food streets. Also it’s just a few steps away from the metro entrance. Nice view from the window on the fishing docks. Good breakfast, but not great.

Negative: It was hard to find the entrance and hotel reception upon arrival. It is prohibited to open window (no chance to make good photos, especially at night). Breakfast could be better: coffee, sandwiches and some other food can be improved.
