Summary: We really enjoyed our brief stay at Cosy Wood House. Although it has shared facilities, we were there as a family of 4 for most of the time on our own (with only one other person who arrived late in the evening when we were in bed!) Our family room was spacious and the bathroom incredibly clean. The property is modern and very well kept. The shared kitchen is well equipped, with a good range of utensils and crockery. There is also an oven, hob, microwave and huge fridge. It is situated in a very quiet location, with just a few neighbouring houses. The continental breakfast provided to those who choose this option is plentiful and filling - with fresh bread, croissants, coffee, cake and juice. Although it is not possible to walk to shops, they are only a short 10 minute drive away on the outskirts of Troyes. The property had WiFi, TV and a table football which kept us well entertained. The host was very friendly and spoke good English. The keys to the property were in a lock box so we could collect them conveniently.

Summary: Immaculate room in a property with 4 rooms with communal lounge/kitchen area. Very private, quiet and ideal for stopover.

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay - spacious room with excellent facilities. The hosts are really lovely and the additional breakfast was delicious and fairly priced. The village itself seems to have limited facilities but the host Recommended a really lovely restaurant by the lake. We’ll be visiting again on our stop off further south next time
