As you enter the lobby a glass door invites you through to the living/dining area. Nestling in the eaves of the house this room affords spectacular views of Cadair Idris, the Mawddach Estuary and even as far across Cardigan Bay as Pembrokeshire if the weather is clear. The living area flows into a fully-fitted kitchen. The two bedrooms are accessed off the lobby. The master bedroom is situated at the front of the house and enjoys the same spectacular views as the living room as well as a king size bed with memory foam mattress. An ensuite shower room completes the suite. The second bedroom has two single beds with memory foam mattresses, an ensuite shower room and enjoys woodland views to the rear and side of the house. Summary: We had the most perfect family holiday in Barmouth. We stayed in a self catering apartment that met all our needs with having 2 small children. Nothing was too much trouble with providing a travel cot and high chair. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. There was a complimentary bottle of red that was waiting for us when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Communication with the owners was just right and we enjoyed using the hot tub facilities after a hectic day with the kids. All in all I would highly recommend this place to stay. Thanks David for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment with the magnificent views!

Summary: We have a young family and after a long drive, check in with David was really easy. The travel cot was all set up for us and the apartment was really spacious and clean. The views were absolutely spectacular out to the harbour and sea. We were able to amble down from the property to the town and seaside. I made use of the hot tub on a couple of evenings which, though shared, we booked out for a 2 hour slot so I had it to myself. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Summary: Excellent accommodation with everything you need, absolutely spotless clean and so comfortable and cosy. Would definitely recommend it and will returning at some point.

Summary: Dave and Heather were lovely hosts and provided a wealth or knowledge about the local area and further afield as we were new to the area. The accommodation was spotless and facilities were also fantastic, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the jacuzzi or bbq but the views from the decking were beautiful for breakfast. We will return with the rest of the family to enjoy the beautiful coastline and stunning walks.
