Positive: The site is lovely! The caravan was clean when we arrived and the linen was fresh. The location is great- right by the coastal walk! We enjoyed the pub in the evening whilst the kids played in the park.

Negative: The caravan could be more equipped e.g plusher cushions, blankets, a frying pan, oil. Also were not told that the swimming pool is closed for cleaning on Monday’s so since we only stayed two night, that was a disappointing.

Negative: Our sofa bed was not ready and we did not know there were no towels. Fortunately we always travel with extra towels and toiletries!

Positive: We have stayed at this site before. The caravan is clean and looked after well. We love walking round the Rye Harbour nature reserve and checking out the birds, plants and insects - a special place.

Positive: Practical, spacious living space, lovely location next to the harbour nature reserve.

Negative: On arrival, there was no clean bedding (several hours alter, after several attempts to call and message owner, this was eventually rectified). The central heating was on quite high for several hours during the night, it seems, which we were not expecting so we were all very hot in the night (had there been any indication this could have happened, we would have checked the boiler before going to bed)

Positive: Location, comfortable to spend a view nights with a couple of friends.

Negative: Warm water: either it is broken or it needs some instructions. When taking a shower, water was going from hot to warm to cold and back to hot. It took some time to find the caravan. A clear sign at the side of the road would have made it easier to find it.
