Positive: Practical, spacious living space, lovely location next to the harbour nature reserve.

Negative: On arrival, there was no clean bedding (several hours alter, after several attempts to call and message owner, this was eventually rectified). The central heating was on quite high for several hours during the night, it seems, which we were not expecting so we were all very hot in the night (had there been any indication this could have happened, we would have checked the boiler before going to bed)

Positive: Location, comfortable to spend a view nights with a couple of friends.

Negative: Warm water: either it is broken or it needs some instructions. When taking a shower, water was going from hot to warm to cold and back to hot. It took some time to find the caravan. A clear sign at the side of the road would have made it easier to find it.

Positive: The place was beautiful and the caravan was aesthetic. I like the whole theme and the host was very accommodating and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. The airfryer was a plus for me too!

Positive: Jeanette the host was amazing, so kind and able to answer any questions before our stay. I asked a lot of questions she was very patient!! We knew exactly where to go from her directions and how to check in so it was very quick and efficient. The home was very cosy and well presented and lots of light and space, could have fit up to 6 people in with the sofa bed! The site was quiet, and a short walk towards the wetland which is perfect. The home is kitted out with extra bedding if required - you will need to bring your own towels as only hand towel provided. The beds were extra comfy. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils so has everything you need for a short stay. The fridge has ample space. The heating works very simply with a click of a button, you can choose to just have hot water on and leave the heating off - as the cabin gets a lot of light we found it was warm during the day, and cold only at night when the sun goes down.

Negative: The home is near the bins and a car park - there wasn't a smell but it did attract the birds. There were a couple of bugs we found on the sofa- was fine and no problem the home is very clean and well presented and styled nicely. The carbon monoxide alarm battery was low and beeping but again that is an easy fix so very minor issues and didn't disrupt our stay in the slightest. We went to reception to collect our facility passes (grant access to the pool, gym, spa facilities) however the reception said we would have to pay £10 per person per day/night for this. I reported back to Jeanette who is going to bring that up with reception as should include access. Again, didn't dampen our spirits as we had the beach nearby. All in all a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
