Positive: The location for us was excellent. The bus stops in the street to take you to Broadbeach. We didn't need a car for our stay. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything for our needs.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. Perhaps an improvement would be to put in overhead fans instead of the portable ones. They were very noisy.
