3 Bedroom House in Falcon

This cosy and comfortable holiday home is situated in Falcon, nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre. Pet friendly and fully equipped for babies/kids.
Just a short stroll to Falcon Bay, where you will find a sandy beach ideal for swimming, fishing or walking the dog... and in the other direction, the Estuary - where crabs in season are plentiful. Or you might like to spend your time playing golf at one of the many nearby courses.
Falcon Family Retreat is suitable for up to 7 guests (3 bedrooms), and pets are welcome. Just a short stroll to the local shopping centre, which has everything you need to sustain yourselves for your holiday. Shops include Woolworths, chemist, award-winning Miami Bakery, chemist, gift shops, newsagent, post office, butcher, fruit & vegies, takeaway & cafés, hairdresser, medical centre. There is no need to use your car – everything is within walking distance!
Relax in our comfortable fully equipped home. The living room is airconditioned/heated and has a large smart TV, bluetooth speaker and a comfortable modular lounge. Eat your meals at the dining table or outside on a balmy evening using the outdoor setting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It even has a few handy extras such as popcorn maker, coffee pod machine, pizza maker, milkshake maker, rice cooker and sandwich press. We also supply plastic dinnerware for babies/children.
The laundry has a large capacity washing machine with washing powder supplied. The bathroom has a solar heated shower, a bath and heated lighting.
For babies/kids we have a portacot, Ikea highchair, step stool for bathroom sink, bath toys, and plenty of kids plastic dinnerware. We also have a large basket of children's books and toys.
Outside is a lovely enclosed garden and large patio area with outdoor setting and a BBQ for summer entertainment. Feel free to use the portable firepit or relax with a book on the sun lounge. Crab scoops, beach chairs, outdoor badminton and a kids kayak are available for your use.
Our home provides a relaxing escape by the beach, away from the pressures of the city without having to travel for hours!
All you need to take is linen - bed sheets and bath towels. Blankets, doonas, bath mat and tea towel are provided.
Minimum stay: 2 nights, or 3 nights on a long weekend

Summary: The stay here was great, I was only here with my kids for a few days for a funeral, I wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location, walk to the beach, local fish and chip shop that was also spot on. With other shops accross the main road. The house was very homely, vlean and had everything you needed. My daughter unfortunately locked us out within the first 5 min of being there but Kath was great and prompt in getting us back in. Highly recommend this home and Host.

Summary: So fabulous having a place we can take our dogs on holiday, after a 12 hour drive it was great to arrive at a decent size yard for them to run around in. Inside the house was a big comfy couch and a lovely comfy bed to sleep in. We will definitly go back!

Summary: The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach to take the dog for a walk. Close to the pub (literally 3 mins walk) for the footy, food and beers. Everything you needed was available. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice heater for the cooler nights. Awesome back yard which would’ve been used more if it wa little warmer. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Summary: What a relaxing couple of days away. We had our 8 year old chocolate lab, who was in dog heaven going to the beach, which is a short walk away and dogs off leash. We found other people at the beach very friendly with their dogs. The shops, with everything you can imagine there. The property itself was perfect, gorgeous backyard. The house very comfortable, beds comfortable. All in all a great time. Highly recommended. Thank you to the hosts.

Summary: Everything about this stay was brilliant. The house is very thoughtfully kitted out with everyone being catered for. Lovely secure yard for fur friends and kids with everything on one level for elderly relatives that are unsteady on their feet. Great communication with the hosts. My family that came to visit were thoroughly impressed and have said they will be staying there next time they have the need. A+++
