Positive: Very good location in a quiet neighborhood in Ealing with short distance to the station, shops and restaurants. The flat itself is truly cosy, comfortable, well equipped. The owner is easily accessible in case of emergency. All instructions are clear.

Negative: The soundproofing isn't great but it's simply a nature of those old buildings.

Positive: Great host; fantastic clean and modern flat with all amenities for a really comfortable stay in London; great location with easy and quick access to London Heathrow airport, and the centre of London; good places to relax and have a glass of wine or a pint, and many restaurants with a variety of cuisines to choose from.

Positive: Wow! The flat is in an excellent location, close to two different Underground stations. It's an easy ride to London, and the flat is in excellent condition. We cooked, watched tv, and did laundry like we were at home, but the sights and sounds of London were just a short train ride away!

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: An excellent place to stay in London-the comforts of home with the nearby excitement of the city!

Negative: Nothing at all! Just missing soap from the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom but we didn't care! We just pinched the one from the kitchen instead & popped it back after :).

Summary: Fantastic place, well furnished and excellent location! Host was superb and great communication!

Negative: The sofa bed and mattress were a little bit hard and the shower drain didn’t drain very well which resulted in a pool of water in the shower tray.

Positive: Lovely quiet spot and only 10 minutes to transport links at Ealing Broadway. Very comfortable bed and all the facilities you need for a short stay. Much more practical than a hotel room.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: very smooth check-in process, nice spacious apartment with most of the amenities you might need. The neighbourhood is also very pleasant, it's nice and quiet but still within walking distance from multiple types of public transport, nice bars, and restaurants.

Negative: the TV was not working properly and some of the finishing in the apartment and general building were a little rough around the edges.
