Positive: Wi-fi, driveway if you have/renting a car, garden, as soon as we had an issue hosts responded straight away. The board games were a nice tough. All daily amenities were available for a house, washer/dryer, iron, etc. Hosts response, care and explanations for everything.

Negative: Only one bathroom, we were a family of 5 and at times was a bit of a wait, as the place can accommodate 6 adults easily in 3 bedrooms, however only one bathroom. There was an issue with the cold water, wasn’t working so the water was boiling hot to take a shower in, especially for children. I didn’t call the hosts, just sent a message and they replied within the hour and sent a plumber who got it sorted the next day. Even though the plumber should have been there morning, he didn’t show up, they still followed up and had one in the afternoon.

Summary: Great stay, near train station to central London, own parking spot if you have a car.

Positive: Fantastic location , ten minute walk to Lee railway station , direct line to Charing cross. Parking for two cars. Spotlessly clean . All you could ask for our weekend stay.

Negative: Garden and drive could use a little tlc. Our 6 year old grandson would have loved to have played in garden but a little overgrown.

Negative: Some very minor points, downstairs bedroom could do with a table/dressing table to put things on. Toilet seat bolt loose, kitchen door handle loose, we needed to clean oven shelves before we used them.

Positive: Each room of the house was comfortable. If you want to cook family meals, the kitchen is quite large and useful. The location of the house was very good for access to central London. The garden area is also quite enjoyable.

Negative: Everything was pretty good.

Positive: Kimmy is so kind and helpful house was very clean beds and pillows were very comfortable very spacious towels were clean furnitures are good car park is big advantage quiet neigbourhood nice garden Kimmy also sent us chocolate as a gift :) owners are lovely people

Negative: Indeed it is not so far from touristic destinations but considering the London traffic and speed limits, it takes around 45-50 minutes driving there, there is nothing else to complain
