Positive: Positioned in centre of Port Eynon, 5 mins walk to beach/pub/takeaway shops. Level paved walk suitable for elderly parents with restricted mobility. Superbly equipped.

Negative: Nothing. However note for elderly or anyone with accessibility restrictions that there are several steps up to front door, a handrail has been fitted which is helpful. There is additional access through rear garden via a sloping path.

Summary: Fabulous little find tucked away in a cul-de-sac in centre of beautiful Port Eynon..
