Positive: I was instantly comfortable on walking in. Kitchen was well appointed and had all those little things you need. Furniture and everything was very clean. Elevator worked fine. Windows opened wide easily.

Negative: Bathroom pipes squealed and squeeked! Has to flush again to make it stop, which took us a day to figure out. Management was getting it fixed soon.

Summary: Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location.

Negative: Maintenance needs to be done, as out of 6 lights in the bedroom only 2 worked. This apartment was at over 22 degrees in the spring sunshine so would be unbearable in the summer heat as it’s at the top of the building and with the vents from the takeaways you can’t leave the windows open.

Positive: Great location, easy to find.

Negative: Lift was out of order. Flat smelled like it could do with airing more frequently - not a massive problem, but not fresh. Thermostat had wrong time set on it and no instructions to rectify. Flat was cold on arrival and we had to put the radiators on full for a long time to warm it through.

Summary: Would stay again, as it's a great central location for a trip to the rugby.
