Positive: Overall cleanliness was good - Few things were missed. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfortable, bathroom clean and reasonable size.

Negative: Bag of rotten parmigiani in the back of the cupboard, half cut onion in the fridge, when we arrived main bin in kitchen smelled like something died in it. Flat screen tv - cant stream onto Could not get used to the low ceiling in 2 days so each day i bang my head at least once or twice.

Positive: It was nice and clean, got everything you need, and was cozy flat, very wuiet, that's all you need after a busy day.

Negative: It almost perfect for everything, if really need mention something that would be the bed, my husband didn't feel the bed comfy, but again I was ok for that.

Positive: James was very kind and met us in person. He also assisted us with carrying the luggages up the steep steps.

Negative: I knocked my head twice on the inclined ceiling but was ok after I got used to it. The double bed was a bit small.

Positive: This super flat is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac in Pixham. The flat consists of a kitchen and sitting room on the first floor with the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Very well designed, modern and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and there was both a dish washer and a washing machine. There were excellent views of the hills from the back windows. A well hidden alley way round the corner provides a short cut to a small Tescos nearby.To note that a GBP 100 damage desposit is payable at latest on arrival and refunded on departure. The parking space is on a steep incline, but we had no trouble parking in the street outside the property.

Negative: Entry is via a small staircase. The code for the key box was e-mailed just a few minutes before arrival time, so we missed it. But when we knocked on the hosts door, James came to our rescue and sorted it out for us.

Summary: Very comfortable and modern flat in quiet location with excellent views
