Positive: Excellent communications with host before, during and after my stay. Great facilities. Unexpectedly comprehensive welcome pack of basic food items provided.

Negative: Washing machine door catch needs fixing (doesn't stop it being used but might put off or confuse other guests).

Positive: Great location close to Richmond Park, large grocery store, Kingston train station (30mins to London Waterloo) and Kingston town centre, as well as the river Thames. Great to have a secure parking spot too. Communication was really good with the host who was very clear with instructions and really accommodating of our needs.

Negative: Because of its central location there was sometimes a bit of noise from sirens in the evening but nothing unbearable. The main bed mattress sagged in the middle and was a bit soft for us as we prefer firmer mattresses.

Positive: A spacious apartment with an extremely well equipped kitchen and reasonable sized bathroom. There were a number of unexpected goodies waiting for me in the fridge of good quality and which really helped given that I arrived after shops closed on sunday so breakfast was sorted. The owner was really responsive on what's app.

Negative: The double bed was really soft possibly due to the topper so I moved into the single room which had a much better mattress and was more than comfortable enough

Positive: The host was polite and the location was ok but not what is listed. Apartment was clean.

Negative: The map location is of the new high rise apartments opposite Sainsbury’s supermarket. So if you do google map view that’s where you think you are staying. The reality is that the apartment is actually a completely different building around the corner…. And the address is another location. It’s not difficult to get this correct. This isn’t acceptable. The actual location is only discovered at check in time via WhatsApp when you have no option to change your mind. Mattresses also old and too soft.

Positive: The property is a perfect place to stay with family. You feel its like home! The location is amazing and has a private parking space which is blessing in London. The property landlord Nr Azad was very cooperative and supportive. Will highly recommend.

Positive: Lovely hosts, very helpful, flat was clean, could control heating system, excellent location.

Negative: Its impossible for some people to sleep with one pillow only, there was one pillow per person, there should be at least 2 per person. It was impossible to find the place when using the address provided by booking.com. (42 Richmond road)It took me to a conpletelly different place and i didnt know where im supposed to drive, not fun when you are on a 3 lane road with heavy traffic. I had to stop into an MOT place to text the owner and ask the address!The owner said they will change the address to the correct one. Lastly, on night 2 of our stay someone rang the intercome at 2:30 in the night , woke us up and i could not go back to sleep after. The same person rang the following night at 11:30, first our intercom, then of one of the neighbours on the same floor as us. The owner should disengage the intercom while there are people renting the place to avoid these things from happening.
