Positive: The property was clean.

Negative: Finding the property at night was very difficult, I drove up and down the road for 30 minutes before a neighbour pointed in the right direction. The heat was turned to 40oC and we could not figure out how to change it. It was way too hot. The TV did not work properly. Could not change the volume or watch TV only Netflix and Prime. Other than that everything was perfect. No complaints.

Positive: The apartment is nice. It had everything I needed. The sofa was very uncomfortable. There were no open TV channels. There were cameras all around the outside area, which made me feel very safe. It’s a bit hard to find, but nothing that gets in the way

Negative: 1. Dusty and not properly cleaned upon arrival, lots of damaged staff , leaks in the bathroom 2. absolutely not comfortably hot inside while the outside weather of 20 C because of ceiling windows - It was +32 in the morning inside !!! After my complaint manager organised portable conditioner which was installed in 4 days after and only in one room … But we had to open the window to let the air out BUT there is a MOT station in the next building with all that noise - so it was very inconvenient stay

Positive: I had a wonderful stay in Kingston Upon Thames, just a few minutes from Norbiton Station. The location was perfect quiet and well-connected to Central London, with shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was new, modern, and clean, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this place. Thank you !
