Negative: Horrible smell from rubbish left in bin from previous stay, bin door was locked and inaccessible and needed to take rubbish outside building to front garage bins. Was accused after our stay of damaging a doona and asked to transfer $140 for a new one- upon responding to challenge the claim they refused to accept any claim of existing stains or rubbish left in apartment.

Summary: Was a good stay for them purpose but has unfortunately turned into a frustrating post stay experience when unfairly blam

Positive: Great location, Easy check in, mostly quite at night, Comfortable, liked that you could open the windows for fresh air. Had all the conveniences needs for a 1 week stay. The car park was a big plus.

Negative: Hot water pressure was very low but there were some signs in the lift that they were undertaking repairs. A slight smell of maybe old cooking but got used to it quickly. Bathroom Sinks did not drain very well, probably the S traps need a plunge. Intercom did not work due to some recent flooding in the common areas but there was a sign saying they will fix it.

Summary: Great stay for a week with all the conveniences and excellent location.

Positive: The location and secure parking was fantastic. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms was handy. I definitely think the unit is a great base for travelling in and around brisbane.

Negative: Both aircon remotes were broken (screen broken on one and up button broken on the other) we managed to get the heat on so no big deal The only other thing was the main toilet seat is not connected properly so if you sit down it can get uncomfortable quickly - again thankfully we had another toilet

Summary: Lovely unit, close to all Brisbane has to offer

Positive: Check in was easy, link was sent in messages, provided with information and photos on how to access the building along with wifi and checkout procedure. Place was tidy and comfortable. Pillows didn't provide much support but stacked two on top and it was fine. Loved the egg chair on the balcony!

Negative: Only one set of keys.

Positive: I came over to Visit his bro Needed a place to stay and South side apartments was Fab and i loved the parking the appartment it had all we needed i will deffinely look forward to booking another Stay when we are Next Over.

Negative: The information i was so confused but I do have to say if you click the link provided with email sent you do get more information. I didn't find anything about this appartment wrong. Mine and my brothers experience of the stay was great.

Positive: We had a concert at the Tivoli and the location could have not been closer. It was so comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The communication from the host was great and very detailed and easy to follow. Will definitely stay again when we have an event at the Tivoli or the show grounds. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores just downstairs very handy.

Negative: Only one key, with four of us staying and extra stet of keys would have been handy.

Positive: It was relatively affordable and the housekeeper does a good job of cleaning and preparing the apartment for guests, the floors were clean, the bathroom was clean. It is a great location close to the showgrounds, it was easy to check in and check out.

Negative: The washing machine was left closed while wet, so it's growing mould. I had to wash and disinfect it myself before I could use it. The bed and pillows and blanket are uncomfortable, I had trouble sleeping as a result - the furniture in general is quite cheap and the decor is tacky. The air-conditioner stinks. In general the whole apartment stinks a bit and has a musky, oily smell as you walk in, I have an acute sense of smell so it bothered me, people with lower standards might not notice. There are no flyscreens so you can't leave the doors and windows open to get fresh air. There was a dirty cup and the pans are cheap and damaged, not healthy to cook with. The oven doesn't work. There was no information on how to access the pool so I wasn't able to use it, which I would have appreciated.

Summary: It would be fine if it was cheaper.
