Negative: All rooms had undercover parking except for my room. But, there were other unused that I parked in.

Positive: The bed was comfortable

Negative: Shared bathroom, the other people had to come into our bedroom to use the toilet. The Lighting in hallways and stairs was too low. There was no elevator and the rooms were not as expected for a 2 bedroom suite. They were just 2 interconnected rooms, one with no bathroom or toilet. Not enough milk in the fridge for 3 adults over two days.

Summary: We stayed away from the rooms as much as possible, will never book again.

Positive: It was done well. We had trouble with the self checkin- email arriving well after we got assistance from another guest and a phone call. We had just been remote for days and I was really looking forward to a hot shower. It was warm and when I got out I was cold. Loved the design and self contained aspect.

Positive: Nicely renovated, clean and as portrayed in the photos. Detailed instructions with lots of codes to enter car park, gate, front entrance and room.We’d been given the wrong code to our room but a quick call to the number supplied assisted in getting the correct one.

Negative: The location. It felt like a ghost town in early evening but ramped up as the night went on. I felt unsafe at times and glad I had my husband. Not a place for females to stay on their own or elderly. Half the town hall which is where the rooms are, are dark and unoccupied and found a window open downstairs this morning.
