Summary: Hotel great, staff was helpfull andbreakfast super. Only thing is parking which they lack. There are some spaces on the street, which are payed. Something to a € per hour in bussiness hours. So if there is a spot, it may not be that expensive.

Summary: A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment. The Pros: Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. The Cons: Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable.

Summary: The hotel is nice. There is no formal parking lot, but there are free parking spaces in the front and on the side of hotel. It only takes about 10 min to walk to the town center.
