Summary: This was the perfect unit for our winter stay in Cornelius. Very convenient for everything we needed. We were close to our daughter and her family. Walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful Greenway for long walks. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. We will be back again next winter!

Summary: The condo was very clean and spacious. The ease of entry was perfect (1st floor). Communication with the property manager was instant. The neighborhood was quiet and I barely heard others. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard. It hurt my hips and back to sleep on. But that would not prevent me from renting this place again! I would rent from here in a heartbeat.

Summary: We needed a place to go when our neighborhood was affected by the hurricane. There were very few places available but this place was perfect. We had power and water and internet, which could not be found within an hour of Asheville. This place is convenient, clean, has everything you need. Neighbors are quiet and considerate. Plenty of street parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. I took are of all of our needs.
