A 1930’s classic kiwi villa, lovingly renovated & elegantly presented, Corokia Villa offers all the modern touches for easy indoor-outdoor living: A large kitchen - the heart of this holiday home - with cool filtered water & everything you need to prepare those lovely homemade dishes, Cozy lounge, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice sunny office that can also be used as a 4th bedroom, & large garden & deck area with a BBQ to enjoy relaxing evenings soaking up the evening sun and looking over the Richmond hills.
Corokia Villa has a welcoming & relaxing vibe. It is located in a quiet street away from the bustle, yet so close to all the great amenities of Richmond, including shopping, dining & more in the town centre (just a short walk away) and easy road access to all the beautiful places our region has to offer - Nelson, Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, Nelson Lakes and beyond!

Summary: We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous cottage. It had everything we needed for our week long stay, and we were very comfortable. The kids room and toys were very welcomed by my 3 year old daughter who quickly made herself at home. The location was fantastic, close to the local shops, and a great base to explore the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Richmond area. Thank you!

Summary: Our stay at the Classic Kiwi Villa was perfect…the home away from home we needed during our stay in Richmond. Throws, cushions, outdoor seating and contemporary decor to name a few of the extra home comforts. Quiet and central…just a short walk to the shopping centre for a fresh sourdough loaf in the morning. Cannot speak highly enough of our stay…thank you!!
