Positive: The property was super clean and very comfortable. It was decorated very nicely and we had everything we needed to stay there available for our use. We loved the outside bar area and the pool was beautiful although we were unable to use it due to the cold weather.

Negative: The only complaint I had was that Vacasa homes wanted approximately $425 to extend one extra day when we had already extended our stay by 5 additional days at the daily rate. They basically wanted a 3 day rate for one additional night. The home was not booked for any of the following days in that week so the owner of the home basically lost out on a potential guaranteed nights pay.

Summary: We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property to our friends or anyone else staying in the Largo area

Positive: The pool was the perfect size to relax and cool off and the house had a super cozy atmosphere, awesome board games and kitchen gear and utensils included and got nice and cold with the AC cranked up.

Negative: There could have been notes or instructions on how to use appliances like the dishwasher, an ice maker being included would have been a great touch, and having to sign into our personal Netflix and streaming accounts was annoying since it said streaming services were included. The host should log the former guests out and keep their guest account active on all tvs if this is truly an amenity.

Summary: A lovely home away from home with lots of amenities and close to the beach.
