Positive: It was very comfortable, decorated simple and nice. Great heating. Had a back balcony looking into the lush bush. Cottages all set up beautifully with plenty of parking. A bit of luxury in a remote location

Positive: The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was not what we expected, we thought it would be dated and because of the remoteness maintained on a budget. But we were presently surprised, the cottages were in great condition, nicely furnished and had all the comforts we needed. The private back verandah was just the spot to chill out after a day of bush walking. If you're driving the in a 2wd, definitely opt for the drive through Waratah and take it slow on the unsealed part of the drive, as there are some tight spots where you have to watch out for oncoming traffic. But the drive also makes it what it is, secluded and not overrun. The food in the restaurant was good as well. We will be back on our next Tasmania trip.

Negative: The shower head could be better, like a handheld model but i totally get the water saving need.
