Summary: Breakfast: There was no orange juice, only Tang. Room: the room was clean with stains in the sinks. The heater had a loose frame on the outside.

Summary: Staff were very pleasant. Carpets really need to be cleaned. Rooms were ok but mattresses need replacing too. Breakfast is very limited. Hotels very convenient though, to shopping and beach.

Summary: Stay here if you are on a budget and want close access to the beach. It took me 3 times to find a good room due to fridge not working to electrical issues. Room is outdated from furniture, color, closet, carpets. They actually had boxed tv with no remote. Probably won't return to thia hotel.

Summary: I should have trusted prior reviews of this place as being a bit out-dated and run down, it certainly could use some paint and a little more TLC, however it is in a great location, beach is just across the street, and a nice shopping center with many cute stores/ wide variety of resturaunts and food choices across the other street. Overall, our goal was to just have a place to sleep in between the daily activities, and Coral Reef Inn met that need at a reasonable price.

Summary: Large room with surprise kitchenette. Leaky faucets, tepid water, burned out bulbs, frayed carpeting, sway back beds. Hate to sound so negative. Beautiful location less than half block from bird refuge path and other shopping areas. Certainly the price was right and this is why. Just needs a complete overall! Did not check out the pool area.

Summary: The carpets could definitely be replaced.. but preferably the whole hotel needs to be renovated.. They location was perfect.. loved how the waters n mall are walking distance.. The staff could be a little bit more friendly.. they were very helpful but they had no personality to them.. no smiles etc…

Summary: The hotel has potential.. you can tell it is very old.. DEFINITELY NEEDS BE CARPET THRU OUT THE WHOLE PLACE!!! Staff members were very helpful but they looked and acted like they did not want to be there!! No smiles no personality .. just robots doing their jobs.. nothing more or less to accommodate the customers.. The location is perfect!! I absolutely love the location.. renovate the hotel!!
