Summary: From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I felt like I was in my home away from home. The home was meticulously clean, cozy, perfectly located, and had all of the necessities including toiletries and kitchen needs you could possibly need for a week-long stay. The only challenge was street parking.

Summary: Very nice 1 BR in convenient Alameda location, with plenty of room for a couple. Everything was very clean and kitchen and bath had been recently updated. Communication with owner was easy and efficient. Even though the unit fronts onto a fairly busy street, it is very quiet inside.

Summary: I initially chose this property for its AC - the only Alameda option available with AC, at the time. Lucky me! This gorgeous duplex was so beautiful with its bountiful house plants and art and the architecture itself. I particularly appreciated the natural light streaming in from all corners of both levels. And it was great having a dryer in the basement. (Washer too, but I only used the dryer.) There are 6-7 steps up to the bedroom, to be aware of. The location is wonderful for Alameda walking - just a few blocks from a large park and also Park Street. This is an exceptional property!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Alameda visiting our daughter and sightseeing in the Bay area. We had everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable and convenient to walk to restaurants in Alameda. The owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Summary: Perfect location! Easy access to the shops and restaurants and the ferry to San Francisco. Every amenity has been thoughtfully arranged…bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry! Nothing has been left to chance. We have stayed in San Francisco and Sausalito many times in the past. This is a refreshing change! Loved the vibe, people and culture!
