Summary: Room had a couple bugs on floor. Very small TV for price. Supposedly included breakfast hiwever if you weren't there at 7:30 there was no breakfast left...they were shutting it down at 8am.

Summary: The front-desk staff was great. There was VERY LOUD renovation work going on the entire time I was there. But I couldn't get any money back because the stingy new hotel owner wouldn't approve and I hadn't paid $65 to change. The Continental Breakfast was out only one hour, 7:30-8:30, even on New Year's Day! Sheets were soft, hot water available, mosquitoes in room smart.

Summary: The hotel and room did not look like the pictures. The room was much more bare and everything was much older than we expected. The staff was helpful and we had no issues while staying. But we were expecting a cleaner and nicer accommodation based on the photos.

Summary: Rooms are bare Bones but clean beds are comfortable. Pool was not clean, did not go in and no real sitting areas around the pool. We did not participate in the breakfast and cannot review that. It is in a good neighborhood. Most of the beaches have strong currents in condado, so beware

Summary: All staff are/were fantastic. The rooms were nice. The hotel was being renovated throughout the stay. I think this caused an issue with the hot water supply. We had to change room to obtain hot water but again hot water seemed to be in short supply.
