Summary: All of the staff was super friendly! My room was clean but bathroom could use a little more attention. Nothing that bothered me but just needs a bit more scrubbing. The location is very convenient! Plenty of places to eat/drink that are walkable as well as Condado beach & La Placita. Short Uber to Old Town San Juan. I had the breakfast 1 morning & it was ok but went out the other mornings of my stay. My AC worked great which was nice for that hot & humid San Juan heat!

Summary: It was a convenient area, close to shopping, eating and the beach. Had a nice breakfast. The staff was excellent, they were so helpful, gracious and kind. We would stay again for sure. Felt very safe in the area to walk around at night. Thank you for the great stay.

Summary: Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, but needs some rehab. Rusted fixtures and mold on walls. Some issues with roaches, but suited the purpose of trip. Closed to beach and restaurants. Wouldn’t stay there for an extended period of time.

Summary: The room was gross. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was not ready by 7am so we could not eat because we had to get to airport. There is NO parking and barely any on the side street where they want you to park. Not a good choice to stay if you have a physically challenged person traveling there. On another note Omar the desk clerk was AWESOME!! Very courtesy and helpful. He is the best asset at this inn. He made the stay bearable. Thank you Omar!!!!

Summary: The check-in process was easy and straight forward. Great locations to walk anywhere in condado. This place is not worth the price. You are paying for location and that’s it. Rooms were clean, but had to ask for the room to get cleaned. Breakfast was edible putting it plain.
