Summary: Beautiful clean apartment. Perfect location right on the promenade. Had everything we needed. Mostly good contact with Benidorm office. Drains a bit smelly in bathrooms. TV didn’t work but we were on holiday so not a big issue. No running water on our last morning and no one answered the emergency contact number, so we couldn’t shower before leaving to go home.

Summary: Fantastic location .great apartment airy bright and clean, kitchen was well equipped for our needs .wifi was gd The drain in the kitchen was very smelly and the main bathroom was the same it was like this all week . Shower in ensuite leaked .and there was no coffee machine as described in the amineties we also emailed to check the make of the machine and we got a reply .towels weren't great either very thin
