It features two bedrooms: One with a queen size bed, the other with a full size bed, a modern eat-in kitchen well-appointed with gorgeous granite tiled flooring, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and a comfortable living room complete with a 55" (or larger) flat screen smart TV with Roku and DVD player. There are 40" or larger flat screen smart TV's with Roku in each bedroom. High Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), a large outdoor area for picnics and BBQ's (complete with your own gas grill!), ample off-street parking and a convenient on-site laundry facility round out this centrally located offering.
This home features 3 separate apartments, all with their own kitchen, living space, bathroom and bedroom(s). The laundry room, backyard and patio areas are the only shared spaces. There is a separate BBQ grill and patio set for each unit.
I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.
PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access.
There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

Summary: Great stay at 3rd baseman. Nice quiet area close to All Star Village and any shopping or food needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to play ball!! Great experience overall.

Summary: This unit was perfect for our group of 3 (parents and a sibling). I was notified that our unit was ready early, & Jerry met me to check in & showed me around. There was a small gift bag waiting for us, and the apartment was spotless. The location is excellent for running back & forth between games at All Star Village, the central AC worked great, appliances seem quite new, & there is a lot of storage for clothes & luggage. Free laundry is a huge perk. There is ample off street parking for all units. I would highly recommend this unit - and most likely all 3 in this property for multiple families. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to future teams!!

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay. Checking in and out was easy and communication was great. the location was near some awesome restaurants and the Cooperstown All Star village was only a few minutes away. I highly recommend this location!!

Summary: Overall very nice. Jerry, the owner, really seems to care about the quality of his properties and the satisfaction of his guests. Went out of his way. The neighborhood appeared a bit shaky, some questionable characters walking around. But we did not have any trouble or incidents. Liked the off-street parking very much. Would suggest marking and widening the turn-in a bit more. Traffic moves pretty fast on the street and trying to spot the turn-in was difficult. Apartment was very clean and the "goodie bag" and courtesy bagels were a delightful touch. The valances at the windows could use a cleaning, but the kitchen and bathroom gleamed. Would definitely recommend to others. Nice driving distance to the baseball tournament venues.
