Summary: Had such an amazing time! House was so clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. My son played at ASV and we were very close by. Beautiful scenery and so tranquil! My son came back after the last game and was able to enjoy a home cooked meal and fish while I cooked. Believe me you will love you experience there.

Summary: We were in town for Cooperstown tournament for my older son. We were looking for a place we could relax in between games and events with our two year old. This place was amazing!!! Private pond for my older son to fish and roaming cows that my 2 year old fed every morning. Owners were extremely responsive and they thought of every detail to ensure you had a great experience. We plan to return again very soon. Thanks !!

Summary: Stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament. This was a great location...not too far from the ballpark. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Clean. Lovely setting! Would stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The inside was clean, airy and fresh. The outside was spectacular. The kids loved waking up to the cows, and fishing on the dock. The kitchen was stocked, the bathroom had fresh towels, and the beds had nice bedding. The farm house was a quick 12 minute drive to all-star village as well. We definitely would stay there again.
