Positive: Dimitris and Christos were very helpful with everything we needed and readily available to accommodate our requests. The houses were very clean, fully equipped with all needed appliances, and we were also provided with high-quality toiletries. The location was ideal for us, 30 mins from most beach bars and 5 minutes from the major clubs. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Positive: Home is well decorated/organized, clean, comfortable. Interior was renovated, therefore a totally new cozy design welcomed us. Having playstation also was a plus if you have kids. Parking area with sun protector above was really nice and not easy to find at each place. We have not met owner Dimitris in person but he was always in touch with us and he was very responsive. Chris welcomed us and informed every such detail at home and he was there when we checked out. We really enjoyed our time at Cookoo Villa and definetely suggest to anyone who has a Kassandra visit.

Positive: I had the pleasure of staying at this well equipped villa, and cannot express how kind was our host! He made sure, we have everything we needed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The villa itself is a true gem. 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living area. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space! The villa boasts a beautiful garden with lust greenery, it is a perfect place for children to play or to enjoy Al fresco dining. A nice surprise was the panoramic view of the see, that is not mentioned in Booking. Communication with the villa owner was seamless from the beginning. He was responsive, accommodating, and provided us with valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options. In addition in the villa there is a brochure with all need information as well. The location of the villa was perfect for us. It offered a tranquil retreat while still being close to the village Thank you, Dimitrios for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories next year!
