Summary: The property is fine. The host will respond to messages before your stay. The 300 deposit is insane, especially when the host doesnt get back to you about why it has not been refunded to your account. I'm shocked by all of the good reviews. Not sure if he only does this to some people. But at this point I spent over 500 for a one night stay because my deposit hasn't been refunded and the host won't return messages. Would not recommend.

Summary: I had a great stay at the jungle book. The host provided excellent information about the unit and parking. The unit was clean and tidy. The plants are spectacular and the morning sun in the front room is lovely. Great spot too - within close walking distance of the North Markey and lots of bars and restaurants. I’ll be back!

Summary: The Jungle Book is clean, well-decorated, plenty of greenery, and had all the essentials along with so many extra details, like Q-tips in the bathroom and a blow dryer, just to name a couple. There are night lights, strategically placed around the townhouse, for midnight trips to the bathroom or the kitchen. The location is excellent, and the townhouse is very quiet inside, even being so close to downtown. Even though it was chilly outside when we visited, there is a beautiful park directly across the street from the townhouse, to take walks in. Of course, one of the best parts is the owner’s (Sergio) fun personality and great communication, with heads-up on events happening around the city, as well great places to eat and spend time…along with his many “plant puns”! This is a “must” place to stay when you’re in Columbus.
