Clean & charming home conveniently located in Athens, TN. The Summitt spaciously provides 2 bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 porches, & a breezeway. It has king and queen beds, a stackable washer/dryer, WiFi & a variety of kitchen appliances so you can feel at home. The property is a few hundred yards away from a major grocery store & within a couple miles of other shopping. Coming soon: updated exterior.
