Positive: The landlord lives next door, she came to welcome us and support us affectionately. feel grateful with her support. The house is very near to Ferrer park MRT, just 5min walking distance. It is quiet area and near some vegetable store and convenient store ( 24 hours)

Negative: No AC in the living room, wasn’t working, the gas cooker did not work, the bathrooms were very basic, electric wiring was visible in the bathroom. One of bedroom mattresses was uncomfortable very springy.

Positive: We liked the size of the property. Perfect for large group of travelers (we were 10 adults and 4 kids). The host was very accommodating and pleasant. She lives just beside the property and always asks if we are okay and comfortable. The house is walking distance to Farrer Park MRT and bus stop and Indian town. And the Farrer Park MRT station is a direct stop to and from Chinatown, Clarke quay, and Harbourfront (vicocity. Which is also jump point to Sentosa). The basic amenities are available in the house and one room even has a balcony. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend to friends especially those traveling with family.

Negative: Maybe the main door curtain needs changing but aside from that there's no major issues. The sala aircon was not also working but the host suggested that we can just open the bedroom door to let the cool air from the room reach the sala. We were out most of the day so it was not really an issue.
