Summary: I would love to return to this property in the summer. I will bet it is a BLAST. Designed for very comfortable outdoor living. It winter it's a cozy little retreat. The quiet is amazing. Some days the only sound are the leaves gently rustling. And when the ducks land, it's an event. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Visitors should be agile on stairs or uneven ground. Thanks for a great time.

Summary: Very nice house right on a wide creek that leads out to the Chesapeake. Super clean, modern, and very well stocked. We spent most of our time on the kayaks provided paddling or floating. Host was extremely responsive and the property was very well kept and quiet. If you want to get away from it all for a few days and like the water and watching birds, this is a great place.
