Positive: The property was incredible value for money. Beds were super comfortable and cosy and the utilities of the kitchen and laundry were fantastic. There were also little snacks supplied and condiments, as well as a coffee machine! 100% would stay again and recommend to couples and small families.

Negative: Construction noise over the road at night

Positive: Good value property, relatively close to CBD within 15 mins drive, clean and tidy, comfortable overall, host was super helpful & accommodating, prompt responses from the host, the directions provided was easy to follow

Negative: 3 flights of stairs with no lift access from the carpark, no desk to work on, 2 high dining chairs for a family of 5 which is not sufficient to eat at the property

Summary: Generally positive experience overall, with minor inconveniences, but great value.

Positive: We loved how comfortable the property was. It was close to everything and made for a very comfortable home base for exploring Melbourne for the first time as a family. Ramsey was absolutely amazing to deal with, easily contactable if needed, and went out of his way to make sure we were able to check in early so our toddler could nap. There were snacks and treats in the apartment which was a lovely touch. Great value as well.

Negative: The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable as we like softer mattresses (but this is a personal preference and NOT a reflection on the property in any way).

Positive: The service was wonderful. We got lost on the first day. A man named ramsey was so patient and helpful. The bnb itself was tempered, comfortable, and pretty. With little aromatic plug-ins and little baskets of edibles. We felt very special and it was pleasurable to come back to at the end of the day. The kids loved thier own room and a bunk bed.

Negative: The location wasn't overly great. But public transport to get places we weren't that worried. When we stayed, we slept well and were refreshed with lots of little comforts for our day of exploring.

Positive: Loved the location as it was so close to everywhere, the local shops stock so much if needed. The apartment was clean with so many little extras which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in the Melbourne area. The beds were great, the air conditioner kept the place cool and there was the added bonuses of being able to cook, and wash and dry your clothes when required. The shower was nice and hot and we got a restful sleep.

Negative: It's not a negative for the property as such but if you have mobility requirements there are quite a few stairs to go up and down. If you have a hire car the size of a Pajero it will be a very tight squeeze in the carpark however there is much off street parking to choose from which was fantastic. We parked the car in the street each time and had no dramas whatsoever.

Summary: A hidden little gem so close to everything.
