Summary: Easy to get keys, looks like photos, kitchen VERY well stocked. Only downside.... no microwave! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Super close to tram stop for getting into the city. Quite, older neighborhood in a suburb of Carlton/Fitzroy area. Nice to have 2 couches and large TV for our long stay! Comfortable bed. One A/C unit for whole apartment did make it on the warmer side for sleeping You need to leave bedroom door open to get enough cool air. Asked to care for plants and empty dehumidifier during our stay, it wasn't a big deal, since it was nice to have washer and dryer! Overall.....it's a nice place for a long stay to be far enough but close enough to the city!
