Summary: The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was ok, nothing amazing however it was sufficient and was reasonably maintained. These looked a bit dated and can do with a refurb. I’d certainly stay however not sure I’d stay in this specific hotel however would stay with this chain again.

Summary: For such a large hotel, over 500 rooms, it was very efficiently run. The room, bed and shower were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Absolutely blown away by this hotel. It’s grand and luxurious. The TV’s in the room could be a little better considering the class of everything else in the hotel but that’s being picky. To be honest you won’t spend much time watching TV.

Summary: There is a variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the deserts are particularly good. The location is good, being directly located on the beachfront promenade. The hotel itself would benefit from a refresh. Improved modern lighting, furniture and decorations in addition to improved ventilation would be recommended. This would help improve the atmosphere in the level -1 spaces.
