Constantia is a beautiful villa with a unique character and ambiance, nestled in the charming village of Armeni within Rethymno prefecture.
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a hallway that leads to a Spa room featuring a Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi facilities, and a shower/WC. An internal staircase guides you to the first floor, where you'll discover a fully equipped, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, Satellite TV, an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining table. On this same floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed, another with a large double bed, and the third with twin beds. Summary: We recently returned from Constantia and the charming town of Armenia in Crete. Kostas the owner, was on hand to resolve any issues we had in the property which he did with eagerness and without question. Would definitely recommend car hire to explore the north Rethymno and south side of the island. As the property is positioned high up, don’t be fooled by cloudy weather, sun could be found within 30 minutes away at the many beautiful beaches recommend to us by Kostas. Tavernas, supermarket, coffee shop etc all available within walking distance, all with delightful owners. Not all aspects of the property were clean on arrival and there were some minor repairs that needed attending to during our stay. However, as mentioned, once pointed out these were actioned as soon as we notified the owner. A lovely property available at the appropriate price point.

Summary: 7 of us stayed here after exams for a weeks holiday. Great host was more than helpful with sorting out transport and communication. About 15mins from Rethymno with easy taxi service and buses. The Villa had everything, pool,gym,sauna,hot tub and outside seating with BBQ. Local shop and restaurants too. The host popped in a few times to check all was okay, water the plants and provide new towels mid way through the stay was much appreciated. He even gave us recommendations for places to eat in Rethymno, RedPaprika (owned by his nephew was amazing) and BarBQ also. Would definitely recommend and would return to the area.

Summary: die unterkunft ist sehr modern, hat alles - pool, sauna, whirlpool, sehr grösse dach terasse, ist auch für kinder geeignet, küche ist komplett ausgestattet sogar mit spühlmaschine. eine waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. man fühlt sich ainfach wie zu hause. und vor allem, der vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit
