Positive: Its a beautiful place and liked the rooms and our villa. The staff were amazing especially Rajiv who took very good care of us.
Negative: The pool was clean and the filter wasnt seem to working even though it was fixed after we raised it.

Positive: The location, the beaches, the facilities, the restaurants, they were all amazing! But what truly sets this hotel apart in my opinion is the staff. Their kindness and professionalism is unparalleled. I had a small health issue during my stay and their onsite nurse examined me and was able to arrange a consultation with a doctor in seconds!

Positive: This was one of the most luxurious stays. Everything about the hotel was sensational - from the size and cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff and incredible amenities. The hotel has 2 incredible beaches (one a shuttle bus ride away) and one near all restaurants and main pool area. The bar is equipped with all types of alcohol and drinks, a vast menu and polite staff. The definition of pure luxury.

Positive: There are truly no words to describe this wonderful hotel and its incredible people. It feels like a dream set in the middle of nature, surrounded by breathtaking beaches that truly touch your soul. The people who work here are so warm and genuine that it is genuinely hard to leave. We especially enjoyed meeting Jordi Vila, the Culinary Director, who is often in the restaurants – he is simply incredibly kind, and we had many lovely conversations with him. We tried all of the restaurants and found every single one to be excellent – the food was consistently delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant staff are not only highly professional, but also exceptionally warm, attentive, and caring. We would like to give special thanks for the wonderful service in the Legend restaurant for the joyful evenings and mornings, to Kanade, Jamie, Davis, Osama, Neelu and Bheem from the pastry team, and Divyanshu from the fruit counter for making our stay even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming to our kids. The Easter buffet was absolutely amazing, and the Easter egg hunt organized by the Kids Club was a real highlight. We also met Jimmy on our very first day – you can find him at the beach in his kiosk. He brought us so much joy right from the start. Our son immediately started playing football with him, and we also booked a boat tour with Adrian through him, which was perfectly tailored to our needs. He gave us great advice and truly wanted the best for us. Every day was fun with Jimmy – whether kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or bodyboarding, he made everything enjoyable and encouraged the kids to join in. Abir, the Guest Experience Manager, is simply outstanding. With her warmth and personality, she created a truly unique and unforgettable experience for our family. All in all, this was one of the most beautiful and unforgettable holidays we have ever had.

Positive: Service overall was top quality, folks very attentive and all the restaurants had both excellent food choices and strong wine cellar choices at good prices. Clearly the location is spectacular, with the two bays offering easy solutions complementary in case of bad weather.
Negative: Weather...but what can you do:) and indeed whilst the facilities are very good (sport included), some rooms are a bit worn out, and you can see that in the furniture aging a bit
