Positive: A wonderful, beautiful, and tastefully designed hotel with pleasant, responsive, and professional staff. Beautiful natural surroundings and an excellent location. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and feature a beautiful, natural design.
Negative: We had an issue with checking out of the hotel. We had booked a car for 1:00 PM a day in advance and were told we could pay the driver by card. When we arrived at reception, however, the car wasn't there. The staff member hurriedly called to summon a taxi, but we got lucky when another taxi pulled up dropping off guests (we were already starting to run a bit late). As it turned out, the driver couldn't accept card payments, so he had to drive us into town to an ATM so we could withdraw cash. It was an unpleasant experience; the stay at the hotel had been so good, but this hitch at the end slightly spoiled the overall impression.

Positive: Its a beautiful place and liked the rooms and our villa. The staff were amazing especially Rajiv who took very good care of us.
Negative: The pool was clean and the filter wasnt seem to working even though it was fixed after we raised it.
