Positive: A problem arose during check-in, but the Evening Duty Manager handled the situation professionally and promptly, offering a solution that left us with a very positive impression of the hotel. At check-out, the Duty Manager sincerely apologised for the inconvenience and extended a thoughtful gesture to restore our confidence and trust. Overall, the situation was managed exceptionally well by the hotel team. We wish them continued success and all the very best.

Positive: We stayed for 1 night before our early morning departure flight. The room was big and very clean, the lady at the check in was very nice, we asked for take away breakfast and a transfer to the airport next morning, because we were leaving before breakfast opened. We had to fill in some forms on what food we would like for breakfast. The pool was nice

Negative: In the morning we waited 20 min for our takeaway breakfast that was not provided. We had to leave 20 mins later because we were afraid we would miss the flight, and with no breakfast that was already paid for. The reception lady should have the bags ready when we checked out. Not make us wait for nothing. She just said that it's coming every time we asked. So if you are not able to pack some croissants or a sandwich, just don't loose people's time when they have to board a long flight! The proximity to the airport was the reason we chose this hotel. Otherwise, it is not the best option for 300 euros per night, that included a never received breakfast. Also, at dinner, there was a mouse on the terrace that kept coming from the deck. We had to move inside. At the end we signed the bill. After that, another guy approached us to pay the bill because they were closing. We had to tell him we already did sign, but he should check in the system or with his colleagues before approaching us. That being said, I would not stay there again, the hotel is not a tropical destination itself, like the others hotels we stayed in, like Lux le Morne, Jadis, Westin, Seasense and the price was the second among these. So for a transit hotel that was supposed to provide a stress free 6 am airport transfer and take away breakfast it did not provide what I paid for. I was not given even a takeaway coffee. Very disappointed! And I only spent like 12 hours on the premises.

Positive: I had a very good stay overall, made even better thanks to Barbara and Guito, who were constantly present across different areas of the hotel ensuring everything was perfect. I kept bumping into them throughout the property, which clearly shows their commitment to guest experience and service quality. The team was professional from check-in, and all my requests were handled with care and attention. The spa experience was the highlight of the stay, with a well organised setup, a relaxing hammam session prior to the treatment, and quality facilities including lockers, robes and amenities. The massage itself was excellent and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the experience. Overall, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere and good service standards. The location in a remote area ensures quiet and relaxing moments. Being close to the airport even allows you to enjoy night-time plane take-off views without any disturbing noise. What I liked: • Helpful and attentive staff • Well organised spa experience • Clean and relaxing facilities • Strong guest attention • Calm and peaceful atmosphere There is always room for improvement, but overall this property is definitely worth a stay. Special thanks to Barbara, Guito, Jonathan at the Bar, Jonathan at the Fitness Center, Kesha for her beautiful sense of welcome and hospitality, Kamna for the great massage, and Teesha & Maria at breakfast for making the experience memorable.
