Positive: Facilities are good and resort is beautiful

Negative: Horizon restaurant food got a bit too predictable and it was expensive, on Christmas Eve, dinner cost 3 times the normal rate (9000rupees/person) which I think was ridiculous Also my husband ate seafood and got a very bad food poisoning that we had to take him to hospital. They said they would investigate but we got no feedback and nothing was done

Negative: Staff not attentive. Our bathroom was cleaned, took towels and were not replaced. We had to go to ask for towels.

Positive: Thank you for everything! :-) Once again, it was a great pleasure staying at Anantara. An amazing hotel. If you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and love being surrounded by nature, this is the right place :-) Especially the staff are truly passionate about what they do – you can feel it. The service is excellent. Nitish and Sangeaj, in particular, are outstanding team members at the bar. At the spa, we treated ourselves to massages – Kamna was a wonderful therapist! :-) Breakfast is fantastic, and they even made gluten-free crêpes especially for me. Many thanks to Raginee, Zeenat, Jeet, Tisha, Sarvan, Meganne, and Nevedita for their exceptional hospitality and kindness! We even received a small gift, which was so sweet. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Malini always looked after us in the evening service with fresh water, fresh towels, and so much friendliness :-) The sporting activities were also excellent, whether in the gym or directly in the sea by the hotel. Thank you, Gaël, for a great round of tennis. We felt so very comfortable and will definitely be back!

Negative: If we should find something it probably would be that we would asked for some more fruitoptions at the breakfast. We would love to taste the fruity world of Mauritius!!:-)
