Positive: We enjoyed visiting the horses each day. Only problem was out little dog, Ringo, got a taste for the horsefood and came home 1kg heavier!!

Positive: Our stay at Connemara Farm in Pevensy was nothing short of magical. The property is even more tranquil and serene than the photos on suggest and that’s saying something! From the moment we drove through the farm gate, it felt like coming home. We were able to walk with the horses down by the river, stroll freely around the farm, and spend peaceful moments sitting by the lake. The abundant birdlife, the gentle presence of the horses, and the combination of river and lake truly felt like a slice of heaven. Kathy and Dube are the most delightful and generous hosts. They genuinely opened their hearts and home to us, and even allowed us a late check-out, which we so appreciated. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special. The rooms are exquisitely furnished with thoughtful attention to every detail. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy, especially the outdoor dining area with its stunning koi pond and the intermittent visits from birdlife, which made every moment feel peaceful and connected to nature. This was more than just a stay, it was an experience.

Positive: Dube the host is amazing, you almost stay in your own little villa, lots of space, nice braai and bar area for groups. I am now a regular!!
