Summary: This was our third stay in this very clean comfortable property. Through the past three years the hosts, Mark and Tammy, reached out to us "elderly couple" to make sure we had a safe trip and accommodated us in what I would call a family manner. A very welcoming feeling and very special. The property itself is located in a gated community. The location in North Myrtle Beach makes for easy travelling to a large number of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within approximately ten minuets. A special feature is the deck which is private, wind protected and allows for the early morning sun during the cooler months. All furnishings are very clean and in excellent condition. It is always a little let down when it comes time to leave and hopefully we will get a chance to return. All in all, we consider ourselves fortunate to have found this property.

Summary: This place far exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as expected and even better.!!!!! Beds were very comfortable and all communication was very easy with owner. He was great to deal with.!!!! We definitely will be back again soon!!!! We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and always stayed on the beach, but we have definitely found our new happy place. We will stay here from now on.

Summary: The Roberts’ home is absolutely everything you would want for a nice vacation. It is beautifully decorated and so well stocked! The condo is spacious and comfortable and close to area attractions. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only two miles from the beach. It was safe, relaxing, and perfect! Communicating with Mark was easy, clear, and concise. We enjoyed every single minute here and will stay here again for sure.

Summary: We had a wonderful visit to North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed staying at Mark and Tammy‘s place. It is beautifully decorated. The views overlooking the inlet and the Intracoastal waterway were fabulous. This condo is very close to restaurants and shopping! We especially enjoyed our dolphin tour at Southern Shores. We will definitely stay here on future visits.
