This spacious 2 bedroom + loft townhome is right by Keystone Lake, on the free Keystone shuttle route, and has fantastic amenities that make staying here a treat! A short walk from the outdoor parking lot and you will arrive at the front door of 1733 Lenawee. There is a small foyer/mudroom which has hooks for coats and keys before you walk up the flights of stairs to the main living area. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals and has stainless steel appliances. There is seating for up to six people at the dining table, a smaller table for two, and a breakfast bar allowing for up to four people. Enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Open the blinds to the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy an abundance of Colorado sunshine right in your living room during your downtime at the condo. The two bedrooms are on the first level of the home. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink and bathtub/shower combination. The second bedroom features two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. Up the third flight of stairs is the well-equipped loft bedroom. This loft features a twin over double bunk bed, a dresser for storage, and a bathroom which features a single vanity. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience staying here over spring break. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the hot tub, indoor pool, ice skating, Keystone shuttle, and various places to eat. The accommodations were nice and made us feel at home. We had a minor inconvenience where we didn't have bed linens for the hideaway bed the first night, but the staff took care of it the next day. Highly recommend!

Summary: The condo was just as pictured and described. Plenty of space for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) to play, spread out, and have privacy when needed. The walking distance to the ice rink and restaurants was a huge bonus as well as the proximity to the indoor pool (just next door). There were extra pillows and blankets to use for the sleeper sofa as well as in bedrooms as needed.

Summary: The condos layout was perfect for our group. Plenty of seating in the main room for tv viewing and conversation. Sky run was great to work with. The upper bunk was very hard to access though. There was no real ladder. Some of the pans needed a good scrub before use. Also, a large frying pan for cooking eggs/ bacon would have made cooking easier. But overall, the condo was wonderful. We would stay here again!
